All of the Irrigation Design is approved by Peter Hudson LI 0009024. Our team will pull all necessary permits needed for the city code requirements. We carry Insurance including Liability and Workers comp coverage for your protection. Furthermore, you can rest assured that licensed technicians stay on site during the entirety of the installation.

Our installs include complete freeze protection with the Wilkins freeze relief valve. This included part is priceless and saves money when freezing temperatures arrive. Learn more about the freeze relief valve and the importance of freeze protection. Additionally, Smart Wi-Fi controllers come with every installation. There are massive benefits of having a Rain Bird smart
controller. The smart controllers are incredibly user friendly, reliable, and they can reduce a large amount of water waste. A licensed technician will walk you through the process of how to use and operate the smart controller. On top of all this, you will receive a Rain bird WR-2-RC Wireless Rain Sensor Combo included with your installation.

For new sprinkler installations our warranty includes 3 years on parts and 1 year of labor. If anything seems goes wrong with our installation, in this time period, we will not hesitate to go back out and make things right.
Southwest Irrigation Systems carefully and neatly covers up and makes sure the landscaping remains undamaged. We do our best to put the yard back the way we found it using the best equipment to do the job cleanly and efficiently. This equipment includes sod cutters, boring tools and trenchers.
Finally, after the installation is complete, the onsite manager will walk you through the entire system explaining all the work completed and they are happy to address any questions or make any final adjustments for you.
